I am pretty newly married, and already expecting (due on Christmas Eve 2005)! I have developed a passion for cooking and trying new recipes...and even considered going to culinary school. I love to cook chicken enchilladas for my new hubby. They are one of his favorites. I also love a lasagna recipe from one of my old coworkers. Every Sunday growing up, we would eat Mashed Potatoes, Roast, and fresh veggies. It has carried on as a tradition to make this delicious meal on Sunday in my family. I have finally mastered to exactly how my mother cooks.
