Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
I did mine in the slow cooker as others, but once they were done cooking all the butter/grease rose to the top and was really unappealing looking. I scooped it off using a spoon as best I could. It still tasted good and I got a lot of compliments, but I wish it wouldn't have gotten so greasy.
