I just finished my PhD in Biomedical Sciences and am a stay at home mom to 2 little kids while I consider how and when to reenter the field. My husband and I love cooking together, and I love showing the rudiments of cooking to my 3 year old. Mexican food, lasagna, Thai food. I recently lost 100 pounds with the help of the South Beach diet and my WiiFit, so I am mostly here looking for new recipes to go with my new way of eating!
