Chicken and Dumplings IV

I changed the recipe up a bit, but it turned out excellent! I used chicken broth to boil the chicken, instead of water, and I added a few cloves of garlic with the chicken. I also added a few other random seasonings that I had in the cupboard. The last thing I changed was that I didn't add the flour and water to thicken the soup, because the dumplings thickened it plenty. I had been looking for an easy chicken and dumpling recipe, and this was it!

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

This is an excellent recipe! I've made it at least three times since I found it, and it always turns out wonderful. I didn't really measure the cheese, I just put a piece of each inside the chicken, and it was great!

Balsamic Tortellini

When I was cooking this I wasn't too sure whether it would be any good, but it turned out wonderful! The only thing I changed was that I left out the onions, and I added more balsamic. If you can find the pancetta, get it. It's well worth it!

Chicken Supreme III

This recipe turned out great! I changed it up a bit, only used 1/2 cup of butter, chicken broth instead of water, and I doubled the amount of stuffing. I also mixed the chicken in with the stuffing before putting it into the oven, and I will definately be making this recipe again!!

Ranch Dressing II

This ranch came out way better than the packaged stuff I usually buy!! I did substitute 1/2 cup of buttermilk for sour cream and I only used about 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, and it was just the right consistancy. Thanks a bunch!!

Baked Basil Fries

I made these using baking potatoes since my boyfriend wanted bigger fries and they turned out excellent. We did have to cook them a little longer, but it didn't affect the finished fries at all!! I'll definately be keeping this recipe around!

Foil Potatoes

Very good flavor!! I'll definately remember this for our next baked potatoe meal! I did find that I had to bake my potatoes for about 30 minutes longer, but I think that had something to do with our old oven.

Garlic Parmesan Chicken

I thought this recipe was excellent. I omitted the onions (I'm a pretty picky eater) and during the last 10 minutes or so of baking I covered them with spaghetti sauce and mozerella cheese. I will definately use this recipe again!!
