Coconut Macaroons III

A total hit. I made these exactly as directed. Second time I dipped the bottoms in dark chocolate. Excellent either way. Will be a permanent addition to my Christmas Cookie Tray. Freezes well.

Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

First time I made as directed. I agree with others to cut garlic to 1 clove. Second time and added 1/4 tsp of liquid smoke and omit basil for a different taste. My family loved it! This will be a keeper!

Candied Yams

I added a layer of a thinly sliced apple in between the yams that I sliced to bite size pieces. I am suprised that my guests didn't lick the bowl. Thanks for the recipe.

Gingerbread Waffles

Loved these. Lt crisp, fluffy, not overpowering flavor. Made exactly 4 belgian waffles. No Buttermilk? In a one cup measuring cup pour 1 TB vinegar then fill to top with milk, let sit 5 minutes. Thanks Ann!

Caramel Oatmeal Pudding Cookies

Yummy! I followed the reviews that said use 3 1/2 cups of oatmeal and they set up fine. Will add this to my christmas cookie line up. I used reg milk second time instead of evaporated ( if forgot to buy it, DUH!) and it came out fine.

Apple Orchard Punch

I served this at a "Girls Party" and it was a hit. I put Triple Sec (Orange flavored liquor)on the side for anyone who wanted to spike it. They said it was awesome with a shot of triple sec.

Thai-Style Peanut Sauce with Honey

Simple and Tasty! I have tried a few recipes and bottles for this and this is by far the best. Try this for a quick dinner. Boil linguini as directed, during the last two minutes if cook time, add shredded carrots and julienned pea pods, strain and pour peanut sauce over the top. Add chopped peanuts. YUM!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Yes these are to die for! I doubled muffin recipe and used a single recipe for the topping as suggested. I used my JUMBO muffin pan with an ice cream scoop full in each hole. This yeilded 12 "JUMBO" muffins. Bake time was 20 minutes.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

These were great. I cooked for 16 minutes. DO NOT push cookie dough down into the batter like I did, it was too close to the bottom and cooked just a little. Just plop it on top.
