Guinness(R) Corned Beef
This was SCRUMPTIOUS, but took about five hours to get tender; enough time to make twice the amount of carrots, new potatoes, chunked onions, and cabbage on top.

Bangers and Mash
Served to my English friends and the only recommendations they had were to offer BH Steak Sauce and Mushy Peas with it. They loved it and thought it was "Loverly".

Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli
EXCELLENT!!! Thanx Robbie! The second time around (it was so good the first time)Doubled the sauce, dumped the broccoli (not a huge fan), decreased the pesto, (rather strong) and used the left-over sauce with pasta. A great seafood side dish
