Sour Cream Lemon Pie
I made two of these pies, both with additional sour cream and one with only one cup of milk the other with the full two cups. For both pies I used about 3-4 tbls of cornstarch to thicken and both pies came out very well. I did freeze them overnight then left refrigerated for two days to make sure they were solidified. Wonderful lemon flavor! I topped with a homemade whipped cream also from the site.

Barbie's Tuna Salad
I think I prefer a sweeter tuna salad and this one was not. The dill, for me, overpowered all the other flavors so maybe I'll try again and use less dill and add sugar to sweeten a bit.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
This is a truly magnificent sauce in that it is easy to put together and taste divine! I only used 2 med. onions since 3 seemed like a lot and of course seasoned to taste. Other than that I followed the recipe and was immensely pleased.
