Creamy Twice-Baked Potatoes
Wonderful recipe!!! I used cream cheese with chives and topped with cheddar cheese. I served this for Mother's Day Brunch, so I made a large portion and placed in a baking dish rather than in the skins. Prepared the night before and brought to room temp before baking. They turned out perfect and everyone raved over how delicious they were.
