Coconut-Topped Oatmeal Cake
this cake was awesome! we ate it warm right out of the oven ... after pouring the icing on , of course! left out the pecans because i didn't have any but other than that, kept it as is. thank you!

Dark Chocolate Cake I
this will now be my standard chocolate cake recipe! i always have these ingredients on hand. my family loved this cake!!! it is really quite amazing!!!

Whipped Cream Frosting
I was looking for a frosting resipe that didn't call for 10X sugar. This was the one! It's easy, delicious, and used ingredients I always have on hand. Thank you!
