Cheddar Artichoke Quiche Cups
I followed this recipe exactly, except I only used 1-8oz pkg of cheddar cheese, and it was still too cheesy. In fact, all I could taste was cheese. I thought they were too heavy to be called quiche. But, I did find them very easy to prepare. They might have potential with many changes, but I think I'll just find a better mini-quiche recipe instead.

Homemade Butter
I never knew it was so simple and easy to make homemade butter. I used the wire whisk attachment on my hand mixer. I used just one cup heavy cream and it took less than 10 minutes. I used the butter to make garlic bread fantastique, also from this site. Thanks for the recipe.

Banana Crumb Muffins
These are the best banana muffins by far. My family loved them. I followed K. Lynn's suggestions, adding vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon to the mix, used canola oil instead of melted butter, used 1/2 c white sugar and 1/4 c brown sugar, and increased the cinnamon in the crumb topping. I also added 1/2 c chopped walnuts to the batter. Thanks for a fantastic recipe.
