Poppy Seed Chicken

This was a wonderful dish! I followed the recipe exactly, and my family loved it! In fact, my husband said his mom makes something similar that is really good, but he thought this was even better!

Chile Relleno Casserole

I loved this! I disagree with anyone that says this should be a breakfast dish. Enchiladas are served with eggs in many places. This was a very good and tasty dish!
