Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

This recipe was really delicious and easy. I used reduced fat cream cheese and fat free half & half (one cup instead of two). The sauce turned out perfectly. I also added cooked ground chicken for some protein and it was great!

Tender Beef Brisket

I tried this recipe because it's very similar to my mother's brisket recipe (minus the horseradish and slow cooking method). At first, the brisket smelled heavily of horseradish, but when done, tasted wonderful and was very tender.

Matzo Apple Kugel

This is a very similar recipe to one my mother makes. However, it is possible to find kosher for passover wide noodles and substitute for the matzah for a more "real" kugel texture and taste. Either way, a variation of this recipe is served at our seder every year, and always goes over very well.

Spinach with Chickpeas and Fresh Dill

This recipe is indeed kosher for Passover according to Sephardic traditions, which allows beans and legumes to be eaten. Not to mention it is delicious!
