I am a working mother of 3. I can't remember how I found this website but I absolutely love it. It's been the best for new recipes, and general cooking ideas. I love it! I love to cook just about anything but baking is by far my favorite thing to do. I wish I could open a bakery. I love being in the kitchen all day long. I especially love cooking for the holidays. Most definitely my favorite time of year. :o) I love cooking on Thanksgiving. We almost always go to my grandmas for Christmas. She makes all kinds of Christmas candy and pies. It's so popular that everyone can't help themselves around her candy. I hope to carry that tracition on to my children and one day, hopefully I'll be the grandma making candy who everyone comes to visit. When my hubby and I first started living together we would go grocery shopping and I would buy nothing but tv dinners. Once he made me Pork chops that were still raw. From that moment on I vowed to learn cooking. I am proud to say that people now rave about my cooking. I figure if I can learn, anyone can! I once tried to make traditional black and white cookies and they turned out HORRIBLE. The icing was disgusting, and the cookie was hard as a rock. YUCK-O
