Jalapeno Popper Spread
I only used 1 pkg cream cheese and it turned out perfect. I sliced and toasted a french baguette and served with the spread. My guests had to fight me for this one, I coulld have eaten the whole thinkg myself.

Spinach Brownies
I will try these again but I think I would use a sharp cheese and more spices. As they were they were pretty bland.
