I may have over cooked the crust and needed to use a larger pan because the crust had great flavor but too thick. It was still a huge hit and I will be making it again

I cut way back on the oil, used only one of the egg yokes and two whites to cut back on the calories.... very yummy, everyone loved them. I will make again

I added turkey pepperoni and a little spinach... awesome. My husband it looked too good to eat...well almost because he almost forgot to save some for me and ate it all. You can put almost anything inside. I might try broccoli and cheese next time.

Homemade Chewy Granola Bars

Mine kept falling apart and were way too sweet. I had great hopes... I might try it again sense everyone else seemed to have great turn outs. I just crumbled it all up and used it as a topping for ice-cream and yogart

World's Best Lasagna

Mine didn't come out like they do in resturants, but they were good enough to remake. I made more than we could eat for our Indian dinner so I froze the rest and later in the week I made little pizzas out of them with left over pasta sause and my husband loved them both ways.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

I added some onions, garlic and liquid smoke... my husband and I loved it. We stuffed the BBQ chicken in sandwich rolls because my husband isn't big on potatoes. This will be a keeper.

Black Beans and Rice

With a few additions this was a great recipe. I added some chopped green bell pepper which I sauteed with the onions and garlic (which I doubled). I also used half cup wild rice and half brown rice. I added a can of chopped jalapenos, and chopped tomatoes when I added the spices (including some garlic powder). A scoop of fat free cottage cheese on the side was a wonderful suggestion of another reviewer.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

When you want to find a easy to make and healthy winter meal this is the one. I made cheddar cheese biscuits because I had some cheese and buttermilk to use. To make it all took less than an hour. Thanks!

Sue's Baba Ghanoush

I really missed the smokey flavor that I'm use to in Baba Ghanoush. I thought it was on the bland side. Here are two ways I found that can add additional flavor. The first way is to just grill or saute slices or the eggplant before blending. Make sure you cook it until it is a dark brown. The other way (best) is to bake the whole eggplant with skin and all until the outside is chard. Then remove the skin and blend. The fist gives a light smokey flavor and the second method gives a full smokey flavor that just adds so much to the recipe.

I was so happy my husband loved it! I also added a 1/2 cup of soy milk (my husband didn't even notice) and I also added chopped green chillis. Next time I might add some sausage. It was great as left over too.

Creamy Rice Pudding

I made the mistake by using soy milk and brown rice... yeah stick to white rice and real milk. I didn't think it was bad, but my husband was disappointed. This isn't a recipe you can try and trim calories...I will try it again using exact ingredients next time.
