Zucchini Herb Casserole
This is an amazing way to get the family to eat veggies!!! Make sure to double all spices except paprika.

Crawfish Chowder
I must admit I really did not think this would taste to good, but WOW! This was amazing! Perfect amount of spices and taste. The only change I made was to add a tsp of minced garlic and Old Bay seasoning when cooking the crawfish. But my family are huge garlic lovers. This recipe is a definately a keeper!!!

Roasted New Potatoes
This is an amazing recipe that needs no additions! I would never have thought to put these spices together this way. Have even began using them in mashed potatoes and it still tastes terrific! Thanks so much for the recipe!
