Pasta Shrimp Salad
Quite nice, especially with spring onion; I used it much more than onion in the recipe (cause I love it and cause it happened to be the season). Also, I modified the sauce a little

Risotto with Tomato, Corn and Basil
Tastes ok, but a little bit lame, next time I will add some more spices and maybe some sun dried tomatoes, vinegar or something
