All I can say is EXCELLENT!! This marinade didn't overpower the fish.

This recipe was OK. I agree with oters - the sauce was too heavy, but being me I tweaked the recipe some. I added a box of thawed frozen spinach to the chicken and some cumin. The heavy sauce could have been partly my fault - I added cream cheese and milk. Recipe only made three good-sized enchiladas whick was enough for my husband & myself. If I make it again I'll try to make a lighter sauce.

It wasn't the best banana bread we've ever had, but it was OK. I took others' advice and added cinnamon & vanilla, used half white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar. I baked about 10 minutes longer and still the bottom was uncooked. I'll keep looking for a great recipe.
