I am married,retired, and fairly busy. I watch my grandchildren often. I enjoy reading, entertainment, quiet times on occaision. Pasta dishes, meat loaf, and slow cooker meals. On the third Sunday of each December, our entire family gathers at a K of C hall, each with a favorite dish to share. Great fellowship. Anything that I create without a recipe, that gets used up fast. No real trageties. Nothing gets so broken that it can't be fixed.
