Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
This recipe is rather similar to women's weekly home baked cookbook. Nice and chewy, but hard to tell when cooked. I think i overbaked mine):

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
Too many chocolate chips are distracting from the banana flavour. Even when I increased the banana to 1 1/2 cups, the banana flavour wasnt strong. Nice cakey cookie though.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Yummy. I roasted the garlic in the morning as the oven was busy later. Make sure its warm when served(:
