Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are just ok. Needs more salt. Very flat cookies. Hard to gage the browning of the edges.... burned the first batch. Cooked unevenly.

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup
My Mom who never cared for soup loves this soup. Warm up some pita bread and dip in the soup - wonderful.
