Garlic Chicken
This was delicious! My whole family gobbled it up and wanted more. The directions weren't clear on making the garlic infused oil so I looked somewhere else and found a recipe to bring the oil to medium heat and add garlic for 3 - 5 minutes. Take the oil off the heat and let it sit until cool. Then cover for an hour to infuse before using. WE will make this recipe over and over again.

Sweet Potato Souffle
My husbnd who doesn't like sweet potatoes this, so that is all I need to make this again. The dish tastes more like a dessert than a veggie so I won't make this a staple recipe but it is a great treat every once in awhile

Apple Dip
This is a really good, easy recipe. Perfect way to use up some cream cheese I had in the refrigerator and serve a tasty snack to some friends.
