I thought this recipe had a good flavor. I added carrots, mushrooms, and celery as well because this seemed like a good recipe to sneak veggies in for my family. There isn't a lot of sauce, so I would decrease the amount of pasta next time, but overall will make this again.

I made these and added some grated carrots to the meatloaf. All other ingredients the same. I would recommend only filling the muffin tins to the top, that helps control the amount of grease that "pools". This resulted in a very moist meatloaf with the perfect crispiness on the outside. I will make these again and again.

These bars are very moist and have a good banana flavor. I topped them with the brown sugar cream cheese frosting recipe from this site.
