My name is Lori and I am a married mother of 3 wonderful children. I love to cook pretty much everything. I am always trying new things. I especially love to cook big dinners for my family. I really love baking as well and I have started a new thing about a month ago where I only make fresh bread now and no longer buy. The family loves it! Once a month we have our whole family come over and I make about 4-6 different dishes and I always cook something different. It's fun for me. Also at Christmas time I hand out boxes of homemade cookies and candies to neighbours, teachers, friends, etc. I have a few. Every holiday dinner is a triumph for me as the whole family will only come to my dinners, lol. Every monthly family dinner that I try new is also a triumph. I am always trying something new. About 7 years ago I tried to do this pan fried fish and sweet pototoe dish. No one ate it. It was horrible.
