Fried Onion Rings
This is a simple fantastic recipe. I have used it for zucchini as well as onion rings. Batter may seem a bit runny but it adheres to whatever you are dipping into it,,,,,,and fries well also.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
Very Good!!! I added some shredded cheese, which ran to the bottom and burnt. I WILL make this again minus the cheese..was skeptical too about the chicken broth and mayo....but it works!! Great taste.

Stuffed Pork Chops I
Tina, this was the first time I have ever made stuffed pork chops....this is a FANTASTIC recipe....Thank you! I used thick pork chops, made a pocket in them then stuffed with filling. I did make a few adjustments because I didn't have chcken broth but it worked great.
