Spinach Brownies
This recipe has become a favourite. It's very easy and tastes great fresh or the next day. I add Parmesan cheese and garlic to the mix and it's always a hit!

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II
I made these for dinner and they were really nice when served warm. The only downfall was how dense these biscuits were. I didn't use the garlic butter on top and they were still nice and moist. I added some garlic powder and minced garlic to the batter as well as parsley. Will keep this recipe on hand!

Pecan Pie V
Love this recipe! It is always a hit anywhere you take it. I also reduced the temperature to 300 and baked the pie for 45 minutes and everything turned out perfect. An excellent recipe to reduce the amount of sugar or to substitute all the sugar with splenda and splenda brown sugar!
