Apple Oatmeal Crisp
I don't usually like apples, but this dish is excellent. The only changes I made: mixed apples, sugar, and cinnamon, and a pinch of cloves in ziplock. I melted caramels and drizzled them on top of the apples after I put them in the dish. I also added about a cup of chopped walnuts to the oatmeal mixture. Everyone really enjoyed this with a scoop of ice cream on top.

Green Grape Salad
SO GOOD!! WOW!! I was really impressed by this salad and my dinner guests were also. The only change I made was using half red and half green grapes. Will make many more times.
