Garlic Baked Potato
I followed this recipe exactly but instead of putting the potatoes directly on the rack(i knew it would make a mess on the bottom of my oven), I put them on a layer of tin foil which solved the problem. They were way too salty for my taste. Next time, instead of garlic salt, I'm going to use garlic powder and maybe add a bit of salt.

BBQ Dry Rub
Unlike most people, I used it on chicken...Very good rub...I suggest you cut down on the black pepper if you don't like spicy foods. Also, I added garlic powder to the mix. Only let it marinate for aprox 10 mins due to time constraints and it was still great. Thx Cindy

Home-Fried Potatoes
This is my first recipe that I've used from this site and it was a hit. Like many others, I was weary of using green peppers but I'm glad I did. They added great flavour to the dish. One thing I did differently was that I added garlic powder a few times during the frying and I fine it helped quite a lot. Thx..this is a keeper
