Chocolate Chunk-Cinnamon Coffee Cake
This recipe is a "Keeper", but I would not call it moist like some of the other reviews. I also would suggest that you sprinkle the cinnamon & sugar mixture first, & then sprinkle the chocolate chunks & pecans ( I see no reason to mix the sugar-cinnamon-chocolate-pecans together). People at the church have asked me for this recipe several times...they really enjoyed it...it also looks great when cut & placed on the plate.

Tater Tot Casserole III
This dish was quite tasty...I would only change the "Corn Flake" cereal topping...I would suggest that you use a crumbled up "Cheez-It" crackers topping instead...the "Corn Flake" topping was a little too chewy for me.

Five Flavor Pound Cake I
Great tasting cake...I love the fact that you can personalize it to your own taste buds...you can use whatever combination of extracts you want to, as long as you use 5 teaspoons. I have made this cake three times and it is always a huge hit...Just be sure and use spray Pam or some other form of shortening on your bundt pan, to prevent any sticking to the pan issue.
