Sensational Sirloin Kabobs
Very, very good! The marinade is superb! Based on my family's personal preferences, I would change a few of the ingredients. I added onions and suggest using pearl onions. We also didn't care for the taste of the green peppers. We added bacon on ours which turned out tasty. We also didn't care for the tomatoes. Like others suggested I doubled the marinade and it was plenty. I think making 1 and 1/2 batches would be fine.

Artichoke Chicken
I really didn't like this recipe. I love artichokes and was really looking forward to this. I didn't think the mayo made a good dressing. Next time I would probably marinate the chicken and just add the artichokes in some sort of lemon butter on top of the chicken. The flavor was just not good.

Grilled Garlic Artichokes
Oh were these good!!!! I followed the recipe closely except for using less olive oil-just a personal preference. I found 1/3 cup oil was just enough. There is no need to dip them in any of the leftover olive oil if you do make the whole amount of dip. Flavorful enough. I would suggest that you get the water boiling before trimming and chopping to avoid having to soak the artichokes in water first. These are too good to pass up!
