Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
I love risotto and this is one of my favorite risotto recipes. All risotto is time comsuming but well worth the effort. You could easily cut back on the mushrooms because the recipe calls for a lot. I have done it both ways with the full amount and half the amount when I didn't have quite enough and both ways were delicious. Try it...you'll like it. :-)

Brisket with BBQ Sauce
FANTASTIC! Not normal for me but, I followed this recipe exactly and it turned out excellent. Other reviewers were unsure whether they were supposed to cook the brisket still wrapped in the foil. I took it out of the foil before putting it in the pan and just covered the pan with foil and it turned out perfect. I highly recommend this recipe. Its so easy and extremely tender and delicious! Everyone loved it.

Amish Macaroni Salad
This is the best macaroni salad ever! I only used 1/4 cup of suger but didn't change anything else. Love it! Update- I've made this many times and people ask for the recipe every time. Since my first review, I have cut the sugar back even more to 2 Tablespoons and it's the perfect amount.
