Cranberry Oat Bread
This was so easy and so yummy. I didn't have any cranberries, so i just used some raisin. Didn't have any old fashion oats either, so i used some quick cook oats. Made it into about a dozen rolls. My son polished off 4 rolls right out of the oven. Will definitely make again.

Best Bread Machine Bread
The bread came out really nice.. soft with a slightly chewy crust. I added some sunflower seeds, black sesame seeds and flaxseeds and it was absolutely yummy. This will be my new white bread staple from now on.

Bread Machine Bagels
I made bagels for the first time this weekend and it turned out GREAT! The only change i made if to add 1/8 cup additional water because my bread machine was struggling with the dough. I live in Malaysia and have been looking for good bagel that doesn't cost me a bomb (MRY 9.90 for a plain bagel with cream cheese and a cup of tea). My search is over. I'll be making this often.
