.. Love to cook. I like to conjure up random things.. Tonite (3-29-07) I'm making my Spinach, ricotta and sun dried tomato stuffed chicken breasts.. I like to change up the ususal, grilled chicken breast meals..From BORING to BRAVO...!!!lol

I LOVE TO BAKE CHICKEN.... I MAKE RIBS ON THE BAR B QUE, AND LOVE TO MAKE DESERT.. ESPICIALLY LOVE TO MAKE INDIVIDUAL ICE CREAM CAKES.. JUST MADE THE BEST CHICKEN POT PIE.. DONT WORRY, RECIPE COMMING SOON....(see pic of the pot pie as well as description under CHEATER POT PIE..)

HOME MADE SUNDAY ITALIAN "RED SAUCE" OR GRAVY AS MY FATHER WOULD SAY... DAD TAUGHT ME WELL.(ENZO - DAD'S NAME - SEE REAL ITALIAN NAME).. SORRY MOM, YOUR THE DESSERT SIDE OF LIFE.. (and the best tasting side... YUMMMM ; )

Fried Ice Cream
This recipe is not for the " lets make it now"... type of people. Time is of the essence... the more you freeze and re-freeze the ice cream balls......the better they come out.. (less time to un-freeze - (if that's a real word.....lol)... If you have the day before to prepare... they will surely come out much better... Enjoy!!! PS make sure your oil is really really HOT!!! And use a splatter screen to save your skin...!!!! ~Lisa

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
Once again the most delicious recipe ever... tweak to your liking... as I add Almond flavoring.. it adds richness and tastes good too

Cheater Pot Pie
I made this with Healthy Choice Condensed Soup 2-cream of chicken cans 1-cream of celery can 1 can water 1lb bag mix veggies (corn, peas, carrot, small string bean pieces.. Cooked it up till hot... Used premade Pillsbury Pie crust to top my individual pie tins.. SEE PIC.. Excellent ..!!! Plus, using the Healthy Choice cans made this healthier than expected. YUMMMMMY!!!
