Indian Pork Chops

This was so easy and good. I served this with Basmati rice and used apricot preserves instead. I have made it again and doubled the sausce to have enough to put on the rice.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

I made this for a party and it was too rich. The next time I will only use cream cheese or sour cream. The two combined was too rich and I will have to make sure to use my largest dish the next time.

Made this for a party and it was too much egg. If I make them again I will only use one egg and less half-n-half. I could not find the phyllo shells and went by advice of another reader and used Pillsbury pie crust. My kids liked to help cut the dough and they used pressed them into my mini cup cake pan holes.

Left Bank Apple Salad

Made this for Thanksgiving, the next time I make this I will Maraschino cherries and juice to give it a little sweet taste. It was too tart for me using Granny Smith apples and I will use Pink Lady or Braeburn apples the next time also. Make sure to make the night before so the yogurt has a chance to set up.

Beef and Spinach Curry

This is a very good dish. Our family liked it very much and I served it with Naan. I had to buy a few of the spices at a India market and it was worth it. We will make this again very soon.

Easy Teriyaki Chops

This was very good. I only had 1/3 cup of soy sauce and I added water to complete the 1/2 cup of liquid. I added an extra teaspoon of honey and I minced 2 cloves of fresh garlic. The whole family enjoyed this and we will make it again.

Shrimp Scampi V

This is so easy and so delicious. I add a little crushed red pepper flakes to the shrimp and if I have broccoli florets, I add them to the pasta for the last 3 minutes of cooking time. So good.
