Amaretto Mousse Cheesecake

I didn't serve it to my daughter because it contains uncooked alcohol, but it was a smashing success with the friends who tried it and my husband and I loved it!

Baked Fresh Cherry Pie

Very easy. Really takes advantage of fresh cherries. I used about 1/2 the sugar because my cherry tree produces really sweet cherries. Thanks to Cali!
