Broiled Scallops
Very quick, very good. My changes:
Cut Sea Scallops into halves, use lots of butter, lemon, and fresh garlic and a little freshly ground salt.
Broil; check after 10 mins and then again every 5.
While we ate the scallops a la carte, they would be AWESOME as a topper to fresh-pasta primavera for Carbies.
