Greek Lemon Chicken Soup
Pretty good. Though I, too, found it too lemony and a bit too salty. Added more rice and will add more chicken and broth next time as it was too thick for my taste. Overall, though, pretty good. Will make again.

Barbequed Ribs
Excellent. Used ingredients exactly as writted. First time I have ever made barbequed ribs and they were fall of the bone, PERFECT. I doubled the sauce as others suggested but was a little too much sauce. That's OK, though, will be good on my chicken tomorrow. Will def make again and again.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Mmmm....Very good. Added more chicken broth, garlic, milk, poultry seasoning. Used 1/2 or less of the butter that it called for. Baked at 350 for ~45 minutes.
