I also like to try out many "ethnic" foods. I absolutely LOVE Ethiopian and Thai! I get my royal title from my Mother, the Casserole Queen. Though many claim it to be terribly difficult, I am actually GOOD at making potato latke's! Once, while heating a dry Indian spice mixture in a pan, I stopped stirring (for only a moment, I swear!) and it puffed up into my face. I thought I was going to lose a lung!
