Stuffed Pork Chops III

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2007
Wow,incredible recipe! The chops were easy to prepare, cooked quickly and were very tender and flavorful. Following the advice of some of the previous reviewers, I increased the butter and sauted celery and garlic along with the onion. I also used chicken stuffing in place of the bread crumbs. I'll definitely be making this recipe again!

Chicken Dilly

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2006
Really delicious and easy to prepare. I had to make a few changes...I didn't have fresh tomatoes or dill, so I used 2 cans of diced tomatoes & about 1 tsp of dried chopped dill. I hadn't used tumeric before so I just sprinkled on a 1/2 tsp. The dried dill was a little "faint" but everything else worked out well! I'll use fresh dill next time or more dried..

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II

Easy and very delicious. Because my family likes dark meat (juicier & tastier), I used skinless, boneless chicken legs & thighs. Worked great!

Sauerkraut Soup II

Loved the great taste in the original soup and then made it into more of a casserole by eliminating the water and cutting the broth down to 1 can. I doubled the recipe & added a little more meat.. A wonderful treat!

Slow Cooker Country-Style Spareribs

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2005
Julie, Wonderful recipe...we loved the tang. It's great for any kind of cut up pork...not just spareribs. I added8oz of portabella mushrooms. and substituted 2 cups of ketchup (Frank's brand) for 1 of the 2 cans of tomato sauce .
