This was very good and SO easy. It was nice to be able to throw everything in the slow cooker on a Saturday morning, shred the chicken later and have a meal ready to go. I definitely recommend the cheese, sour cream, and chips for a topping. Instead of using tortilla chips, I like to cut flour or corn tortillas in to strips, spray with cooking spray and bake in the oven until crispy. This makes a nice topping. It was really good with the sour cream mixed in. It is also great for left overs.
