Irish Soda Bread IV

I love using raisins (light and dark), walnuts, and dried cranberries in this recipe. I highly recommend it.

Pork Empanadas

I am not a big empanandas fan, but I do love using the recipe for pulled pork and using it for tacos.

BBQ Rib-eye - You Won't Believe It!

This is probably one of the best marinades I have tried. I am always looking for something new, but I think I will be using this one for a long time!
