This pasta did not taste bad, but it just did not have much taste. I followed the recipe exactly, and I am not known to be a bad cook, but it just did not come out very well. I won't make this again!

I love this recipe. I have made tomato basil soup in the past but none have turned out as good as this less complicated version. My family and friends love it. They beg me to make it at whatever get together we are having. I do like to leave the peel on the tomato for a little texture. But otherwise i think this is fantastic!
