Marmalade Pork Chops
Followed recipe exactly and found it too dry, even though there was lots of sauce to dip.(I used boneless pork chops)

Excellent and Healthy Cornbread
Used 1/4 cup honey. Delicious and light. Even tried it once with vanilla yogurt. Made for a sweeter taste. Do not use egg whites as the bread comes out heavier.

Zucchini Tomato Soup II
i used two cans of seasoned diced tomatoes and added a little more hot sauce. delicious!
