Wow! I made this last night. I just had it on waffles. Wow! I wouldn't change a thing. Great recipe!

I make this all of the time. Thanks for adding the onion in this. I NEVER would have thought of doing that. I DO add some crushed red pepper flakes some of the times though. This is one of my favorite summer side dishes.

Rhubarb-Pineapple Jam

Oh my goodness! Was this easy. I have looking for an easy recipe for jam for a while now. I used this recipe as a base, as I did not have any rhubarb and had blackberries. I decided to see if this would work. AND it did! I cannot wait until it sets up all the way. My mouth is watering from the smell. LOL Thanks so much!

Beer Batter Fish Made Great

The taste of this is wonderful. It WAS a little salty. I will cut way back next time. Yes, there will definitely be a next time. This is the best batter that I have ever made.

Grilled Rib Eye Steaks

Wow! This was really good. I usually don't marinate my steaks in anything, but I saw the reviews on this recipe. I decided to give it a go. The already tender and juicy was even MORE so. I will be using this recipe alot.

Easy Alfredo Sauce II

Wow. I used this sauce for my Spinach Lasagna Roll Ups. My boyfriend has lost his appetite and going as far to losing alot of weight (illness), He ate two of these and loved the sauce. He said that it made the Roll Ups at hit. He liked this sauce much more than he would have a tomato based sauce. As I didn't have any cream or half n half, I used evaporated milk and it did just fine. I was amazed! Thanks. This one is a keeper!

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce

Fierro Chicken

Wow! The flavor of this sauce is awesome. I followed all of the directions except I used chicken leg quarters (as I didn't have any breasts). This is definitely a keeper.

Italian Chicken Marinade

I thought this was a very good basic recipe. I added some hot sauce and some liquid smoke. Awesome. The marinade soaked into the chicken and made it so tender. Thanks!

Pork, Apple, and Ginger Stir-Fry with Hoisin Sauce

One word comes to mind...YUMMY! This was absolutly wonderful. I love the taste of Hoisin sauce. I never have thought to add anything to it. It was so easy and everyone loved it.

A Southern Fried Chicken

I added extra seasonings. It was kinda bland. I added garlic salt, onion powder and lots of black pepper. This is a good base recipe.

This the perfect recipe. They were so easy. I did halve the recipe and it made 6 waffles. I will keep the recipe the same the next time because the leftover waffles are awesome.

Slow Cooker Spare Ribs

I did not care for the taste of this sauce. I was hesitant because of the tomato soup. Maybe it depends on what 'brand' that you use. The meat however was very tender. Thanks for letting me give this a try.

Grandpa McAndrew's Irish Soda Bread

Wow! This bread is awesome! (As I am eating a piece right now...) I had to use the buttermilk substitute (lemon juice and milk) but other than that I followed directions exactly. This is definitely going to be a regular ,\menu item in my house. Thank you!
