Feta Eggs
I used olive oil for the fat, skipped the tomatoes (they're out of season). I used 1 T feta per egg, and sprinkled on dried oregano. The olive oil and oregano go really well w/this dish.

Creamy Hot Cocoa
I used the website to scale it down to one serving. I enjoyed it, but it was too sweet for my taste. The next time I will cut back on the sugar.

Bran Muffins III
This is a good basic bran muffin recipe. I filled the muffin cups 3/4 full, and it made 14...nowhere near the 24 indicated. I added a half cup of raisins. They had the right amount of sweetness for me. I don't like an overly sweet bran muffin because I serve them w/ jam or marmalade. I will make these a regular at my breakfast table. A good, healthy, no-nonsense muffin.
