Hey, I'm here to find new recipes that I can share with my fiance. I cook, we eat, she washes, I dry. It's a nice little agreement. I tend to gravitate toward meats and seafood on the grill, and I generally stay away from the oven. I love cooking American, Italian, and Mexican food. Oh, and I love eating it too. My mother's homemade mac n' cheese. My dad's hamburgers. You know, the healthy stuff. I wouldn't call any of my creations triumphs, simply because I'm not much of a creative force in the kitchen.
