These are the best pancakes. The mix is thick and it is best that way. They come out really fluffy as the recipes says. I added some vanilla and an extra tBS. of sugar. Next time I will try them with some blueberries.

Excellent punch recipe. We left out the sugar syrup(may use a small amount on our next time). We used pink lemonade, fruit punch concentrate and cranberry gingerale. We topped it with raspberry sorbet to make it for a baby girl as others have suggested. I froze individule ice molds using mini bundt pans(they were silicone, found at the $1 store. I put a pineapple slice in the center and pilled it with fruit punch. It worked out very well.

These were really great and cute at the baby shower that I threw. Instead of sliders I made a taco meat using taco seasoning packet and threw in some cheese which both helped the meet stay together. We served them with salsa. Very good.
