Delightful Apple Spice Muffins
I have follow 'KitKat' suggestion and use the 'muffin mixing method' and wow! I got a biggest top crown on a muffin I have ever got. They're very moist and tasty and next time I will add nuts and raisins.

Cajun Sweet Dough
I love this recipe, so sweet and soft. Fluffs up nicely and I put any thing in it and taste great. Just followed the direction of putting together. I just 350 and check for browning. After that, all is great.
