Baked Pork Chops I
Fantastic pork chops! They were very flavorful and tender. I browned them in my covered roaster and then baked them in the same pan rather than transfer to a baking dish. I also substituted crushed crackers mixed with italian seasoning for the bread crumbs. Even with my substitutions, they were wonderful. Thanks for sharing!
