These were very good, however I prefer Clone of Cinnabon from this website.

Saucy Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
I loved this, however my husband HATED it. I didn't add any additional sugar, since I used homemade applesauce that I canned myself and I think that had plenty of sugar in it. Very delicious, but like I said before, my hubby doesn't like applesauce with his porkchops...I'm sure I'll make this again sometime, but it'll have to be when he's not home...Thanks for a great recipe!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2009
I followed the directions that ANDYTAMI left, since I don't have a bread machine. I preheated my oven to 200 degrees and then TURNED THE OVEN OFF so the dough could rise and that worked great. The only thing I changed was I baked at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. These were TO DIE FOR. Only problem I had was after forming them into the rolls, they didn't rise much the second time around, but they turned out beautifully. WILL BE MAKING AGAIN!

Chocolate Walnut Fudge

This was delicious! FYI 10 large marshmallows equals approx. 130 mini marshmallows. I didn't change the recipe a bit and it was super easy and very tasty! I also lined my 8x8 dish with foil, super easy to clean up!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
This was good, however I used just under 4 cups of broth and it was a bit mushy. I used dried bread cubes and cooked it for about 7 hours. Next time I might only use 3 cups of broth. Excellent flavor.

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
Oh my lord. These were to die for! I only used 3 eggs instead of 4, used half cinnamon flavored applesauce and half veg. oil, to cut out some calories and a whole 29 oz can of Libby's Pumpkin. I had to increase the baking time about 20 minutes or so, and they were perfection! Oh, and I didn't use as much b. powder and b. soda as called for, to make them more dense. And I followed the frosting recipe to a T and it was delicious! I baked it in a 9x13 inch baking dish, too. Will be making again for sure!

This is a fantastic recipe! I didn't have butter crackers, so I used ritz crackers. Next time, I'll put them into my magic bullet to make them more powdery.

Best Chicken Ever

This was really great. I used my magic bullet to make the corn flakes into a fine powder and used half plain yogurt and half ranch dressing instead of sour cream. Seasoned with garlic salt and onion flakes. Will be making this again for sure!

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa

I followed the recipe exactly, but unfortunately my mango wasn't ripe and it didn't really add to the flavor. Next time I'll let my mango ripen a while longer!

Best Guacamole

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2009
Ok, so this was FANTASTIC with the following additions, as recommended by another user: chopped cilantro, scallions, a SPLASH of olive oil, 1 cap-full of white vinegar, a splash of pace salsa, and 1 tbsp. sour cream for creaminess. Also, I only used the juice of 1/2 of a lime and I omitted the onions altogether. *HINT* Leave the avocado seeds in the guac until serving time, this keeps it from turning brown!

Creamy Frosting

Reviewed: May 14, 2009
This was my first attempt at this recipe and I followed the instructions that "justme" put on here EXACTLY and it turned out great. 16 total minutes of beating. It didn't taste right on a chocolate cake, so next time I'll use it on a yellow cake. Overall, a great tasting, easy to spread frosting.

Great recipe! I used half semi-sweet and half milk chocolate chips. I microwaved the chocolate in a glass bowl for 2 1/2 minutes on 70% power, as recommended by another user, and it worked perfectly! Will be making these again for sure!
