Reference Librarian, love to read (surprise?) LOVE cookbooks of all kinds and historical fiction. I have a husband who is a wonderful cook and a 16 year old daughter. Bruno, Rascal & Ragan are the hounds of the house. Blinky our one-eyed cat, keeps us mouse-free. My huband loves to grill and cook meats, so I have adapted by baking wonderful breads, cakes, cookies and side dishes. I have a few specialties including; lasagna, enchiladas, choc. chip cookies, stews, potato dishes, basically anything that could be considered "comfort food". I love to experiment, I use what's on hand and rarely use a written recipe.
